Monthly Giving
At Teesside Hospice, we provide vital care to over 4,000 local people every year, but we simply couldn't do it without the incredible support of our community.
It currently costs £7.5 million annually to run our services – that’s £20,500 every 24 hours. We receive just less than 30% of our funding from statutory sources, so the rest we need to raise ourselves in order to provide care at no cost to our patients.
Your support ensures that people in Teesside can die with dignity and live well for as long as possible, surrounded by the best care, and one of the best ways to support Teesside Hospice is by setting up a regular gift to the hospice.
Regular gifts not only help to fund the hospice’s work but they also help us to plan our future care with a little more confidence. We want to make sure we can provide our care to everyone who needs it, giving them dignity and choice and the best possible care.
Regular gifts enable you to make a difference in a way that fits in with your personal budget; you can increase, decrease or cancel your regular gift at any time. If you are a UK Taxpayer, your regular gift is eligible for ‘Gift Aid’, which means your donation could be worth up to 25% extra at no additional cost to you!
Every donation, no matter how large or small, can make a huge difference to those living with a terminal illness in Teesside right now.
We need you now more than ever.
This is hospice care.
Last year, legacies and gifts in wills helped us care for 69 people in our specialist In-Patient Unit, helping more people like Helen and her family.
